Frequently Asked Qustions
- Q: How do I find my chauffeur at the airport?
A: Clients are met inside the terminal, on the baggage claim level, at the Limousine Exit, unless you request otherwise. All chauffeurs dress in a suit and tie and hold a fluorescent green paging sign with the client or company name on it.
- Q: What if I do not see my chauffeur?
A: Please call! We are in constant contact with the chauffeurs by radio, so please call if you have a problem or concern. If you travel often then you understand that the airports, airlines, and weather are all in a constant state of change and can sometimes make the information we receive from the airlines, unreliable. If you do not see your Chauffeur immediately upon arrival, please call either (281) 353-2055 or our toll free number at (877) 353-2055.
- Q: What should I do if my commercial flight is cancelled?
A: Call our dispatch office at (281) 353-2055 or (877) 353-2055 immediately. It is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to advise our dispatch office of the new flight information. The airlines will not share your flight information with us. If we don't hear from you, we will not show up and you will not be charged for cancelled flights.
- Q: What should I do if my commercial flight is late?
A: You do not have to call unless you change the actual flight you scheduled with us. If your flight or flight number has changed, please let us know. We track the flight information you give us and continuously check arrivals with the FAA website and the airline. If you have an opportunity to call and let us know about any arrival time changes, it is appreciated. There is no additional charge for delayed flights.
- Q: What should I do if my private jet is late?
A: Call our dispatch office at (281) 353-2055 or (877) 353-2055 immediately. It is the responsibility of the traveler or booking agent to advise our dispatch office of any change of arrival time. Please click on Change, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy for more information.
- Q:How can I pay for the service?
A: We accept all major credit cards: Master Card, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover. The Chauffeur has a terminal in the vehicle & can run your credit card & give you an immediate receipt. We also accept Traveler's Checks or cash. If you want to set up a direct billing account, please call (281) 353-2055.
- Q: Can I get a receipt for my trip?
A: You can get a receipt from the chauffeur at the end of your trip, or we can fax/email you a copy.
- Q: What should I tip my chauffeur?
A: The tip is at your discretion & you can be assured when you tip our drivers, they receive it. As with waiters and waitresses, a good job should be accompanied by a good tip. A 15% gratuity is customary but if the chauffeur has done an exceptional job or gone above and beyond the call of duty, please reward them with an exceptional tip. - Q: My plans have changed, what should I do?
A: Advance notice is required for any change or cancellation in order to avoid possible additional charges. Consideration will be given when the change or cancellation is due to severe or adverse weather. Please click on Change, Cancellation, and No-Show Policy for more information.
- Q: Can I make a last-minute reservation?
A: We take our On Time Guarantee and reputation seriously. During regular business hours, our fleet size and the great working relationship we have with other transportation companies enables us to accommodate most two or more hour notices. Typically, less than a two hour notice can be problematic to accommodate but we will let you know immediately when you call. Please be realistic in your expectations since the greater Houston area is huge and traffic is almost always guaranteed. Getting anywhere, except for around the block, in five minutes is highly unlikely.
- Q: How do I know I can trust your company?
A: We have been serving the greater Houston area since 1992 and have experienced tremendous growth mostly through word-of-mouth. Great working relationships have been established with many Fortune 500 companies. It is understood by us that you have a choice, and it is our goal to earn your business. We are licensed and registered with the City of Houston and TX-DOT. We carry more than the required amount of commercial insurance for your peace of mind. We are members and ascribe to the standards of The Woodlands Chamber, The Magnolia Parkway Chamber, The Tomball Chamber, The Conroe Chamber, The Better Business Bureau, BNI, The Houston Visitors & Convention Bureau, Limousine Association of Houston, and the National Limousine Association.
- Q: Can I smoke?
A: Our entire fleet is non-smoking. If you smoke we will be happy to pull over in a safe area so you can smoke outside the vehicle as often as you please.
- Q: Can I consume an adult beverage in the vehicle?
A: According to Texas law, you can consume alcohol in the vehicle if you are over 21 years of age & the vehicle has a divider between the passenger & driver compartment. If minors (under 21 years of age) are present, you cannot consume alcohol. It is a BYOB (Bring your own bottle) affair. The Texas Alcohol and Beverage Commission (TABC) will not allow transportation companies to sell alcohol to passengers.
